There are two Modules;

  1. i) University Teaching and Learning with eight courses and
  2. ii) University Leadership and Management with six courses

Blended in this case, means that each course has two components, (i) Online  (ii) F2F session

All FCCU University and College faculty can register for CLT Blended courses. The Module on University Teaching and Learning is for all faculty while the Module for University Leadership and Management is only for Deans, Chairs

CLT offers the opportunity for registration for the Module on University Teaching and Learning every month while Module on University Leadership and Management is offered every three months

To enroll in blended courses must ensure an active Moodle account. For Moodle account   activation, please write to ITS its.moodle.help@fccollege.edu.pk

All regular faculty who joined in Fall 2022 have been mandated to complete  FCCU Core Pedagogy Certificate (FCPC) within the first three years of their service, that is, essentially by November 2025. Fall 2022, regular faculty are recommended some courses by the first and second semester of joining FCCU, as listed in the FCPC link.

If you joined before Fall 2022 and are not regular faculty, we recommend you take these in the        order they are listed

 

 

We do not advise more than two courses at the same time.

CLT schedules F2F sessions 5 weeks after you have been registered for the course

No, the F2F component cannot be conducted unless you complete the online component of the course

It can be in-person or conducted online

Yes. Each course is listed as 5 hours of professional development. Once you complete both online and F2F components of a specific course, you will be awarded a digital certificate.

There is no need to install special software. Just use your Moodle account provided by FCCU.

Simply, ‘reply’ to the email with the schedule and request for the rescheduling of the session.Note that the f2f sessions are more of a group discussion among the participants of any respective blended course so if there are more than two people who request the rescheduling of the same session then we arrange it, or else it is pushed to the next month, as f2f sessions are our monthly activity
